Our 75th anniversary is right around the corner. It will be held on the 11th, 12th, and 13th of August at Camp Pellissippi. Which is super cool because our lodge's first Ordeal ceremony was held on August 12th, 1942. During the weekend you will be able to visit the original ordeal circle that was used in 1942 and see our lodge's history. We are also going to offer many fun activities that include shotgun, rifle, archery, canoeing, and mountain biking. The cost for the weekend is $35, but this includes the cost of a replica sash and neckerchief that will be given to you at registration. This will definitely be an event that you will not want to miss. Registration form is attached.
But Camp Pellissippi needs our help getting the camp ready for the weekend. So on July 8th we will be having a work day at Pellissippi. The work will include cleaning up the roads, amphitheater, and campsites for the weekend. If you have any tools that include: rakes, shovels, loppers, and other equipment like that, please bring them and join us on the work day at Camp Pellissippi. Come any time between 8AM and 4PM. If you are able to attend, please email either myself or Jeff Moser, lodge Advisor, so that we can get a number for lunch. Lunch will be provided!!!
Yours in service,
Pellissippi Lodge Chief
